The OnePlus 10T has officially launched in India and globally as the latest flagship phone in the OnePlus 10 series. The OnePlus 10T joins the ranks of the OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10R in the Indian smartphone market. It’s also a direct successor to the OnePlus 8T from 2020 since OnePlus cancelled the OnePlus 9T last year, perhaps due to the ongoing chip shortage at the time. But today, the OnePlus 10T is here packing in the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, a step above the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 on the OnePlus 10 Pro which launched earlier in March in India. The OnePlus 10T also happens to be OnePlus’ first flagship phone to do away with the iconic alert slider and also skips the Hasselblad branding. OnePlus 10T pricing and availabilityThe OnePlus 10T is priced starting at Rs 49,999 in India for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. This is followed by the 12GB+256GB storage option which is priced at Rs 54,999 and the 16GB+256GB variant which is priced at Rs 59,999.
The OnePlus 10T is up for pre-orders from 9PM IST and goes on sale from August 6 in India and will be available to purchase from amazon.in, oneplus.in and in offline stores.
OnePlus 10T specificationsThe OnePlus 10T features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The 10T uses a 10-bit panel that supports upto 1 billion colours and is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5. The screen is also home to an in-display fingerprint sensor and offers upto 1000Hz touch response rate.
The OnePlus 10T measures 8.75mm thick and weighs 203 grams. The back panel is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and the phone is being offered in two colours: Moonstone Black and Jade Green.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, the OnePlus 10T will go on sale in multiple storages and RAM combinations with upto 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options to choose from. It runs on OxygenOS 12.1 which is based on Android 12.
The OnePlus 10T has triple cameras on the back headlined by a 50MP camera that uses Sony IMX766 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS alongside an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 120-degree FOV and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera housed within the punch-hole notch cutout. The rear cameras can record in 4K UHD at upto 60FPS with features like Pro mode, Nightscape 2.0 and Ultra HDR to name a few.
The OnePlus 10T is equipped with a 4,800mAh battery which supports 150W fast charging and OnePlus claims it can fully charge from 0-100% in just 19 minutes.
